I think she didn’t do 3hrs 25minutes because she came a little late because her car had an issue. There no money is supposed to be deducted from my card by the company. She did her job well and l appreciate. I would have given you tips but your company is talking of cutting money from my account for extra work hours. Not fair.

Kitchen and bathrooms and floors were super clean, but bedrooms lacked effort, beds weren’t made, floors weren’t picked up in rooms, I also bought 1 hour of window cleaning and the first window I went to check wasn’t cleaned. Very good communication and no doubt great cleaner and punctual , but maybe didn’t see that detail?
