Please explain why you have increased your rate from 20 - 25 per hour. As well as how I was billed for 3 hours. You arrived @ 8:15 and left @ 9;30, so I would think with a 2 person crew that is 2 hours of work.

Kelly is great, we no longer have any reason to request anyone else! she’s our preferred cleaner for sure.

everything looked great that she cleaned. She works really hard. The only thing I had problems with was communication because she doesn’t speak English.

As always Sarah is a pleasure to work with. She's friendly and personable as a great personality and gets right to work. I trust her in my house without being here and she has been the best cleaner I've found on this app.

She did a great job all in a short window of time. The only thing I would note is I think the bathroom floor was missed for mopping but otherwise everything got done!

Kristie did everything I asked her to do! I was signed up for 4 hour clean but she completed the list in half that time! I appreciate the honesty and will have her back again. only downfall was that she adjusted the time last min but that is minor.

Kee cleaned very well the areas he cleaned, but missed dusting in a few areas. He also did not clean bathroom countertop or toilet. He appears to need to be specifically told what to clean. He just needs some experience. A Very personable chap.
