Reina did an excellent job with the cleaning that is why I am giving her a five (cleaning only). But when she was preparing to leave with her bags there were two roaches, one on the floor by her bags and one crawling up the wall. We do not have roaches. They crawled out her bags. She needs to check her bags or throw them away before she enters another home.
