We didn't have Brianna, our cleaner was Alona. She did a great job. Cleaned really well. We tried another company so we were sure we may not try get another great cleaning but when trying Homeaglow we were very happy with everything. We would chose her again.

My appointment was for 11 but she didn’t show up until 12. my appointment was for 11 but she didn’t show up until 12. my house was equally dirty at 12 as it was at 11 so that wasn’t a problem for me. I don’t have to stand around and monitor my cleaning service like I’m some type of slave driver. Once she was here, she did a great job. You can’t get a better service for this low of a price.

I believe this was the second time I've had Iris. I absolutely love her. Her work is amazing and she is so sweet.

Peter did a good job cleaning for the most part. The toilet could have been done a bit better and not putting things in new places after cleaning.

Poor communication- I tried to clarify a few things that were priority where we had been messaging ( his first message reply was at 2am) and no responses and these things weren’t done. I would have been fine if he could have explained there wasn’t time or just communicated better. The floors look really good.

Kenya understood the request of cleaning the bathrooms but she seemed to work a little slow going over by 30 minutes and still missing parts of each bathroom (didn't clean the mirrors.) I am very pleased with how each of the tubs and showers look though.
