Ana was on time, did an amazing job, and my apartment smells sooo good. This was my first cleaning and I’d 100% hire her again.

Dawna's cleaning was good, she did miss some surfaces but most she cleaned very well. She did damage a bathroom rug with bleach unfortunately.

the cleaning was good when she finally showed up. appt was 10:00-11:00 and she showed up at 1:20 house is clean but she said my vacuum was broken and when I got home it worked just fine.

I appreciated her work. there was a couple of things I noticed after she left. my stairs and hallway didn’t get vacuumed and the mat by the back door was overlooked.

great Job. the only thing i didn't like was they wouldn't take my card or cash they wanted me to give them my card information and then they would charge my card. I don't give anyone my information. still haven't been able to pay them yet.

I love how Desiree get in and starts to work. There is no messing around, just work. She will do what you ask of her. I love her work ethic. And she should pride herself on what she accomplished.

she brought someone else with her which she did not disclose. I only want one person, not two, whom I find whip through the house in record time and charge me double. in other words, doing the house in 2 hours then charging me for four hours. I hate that kind of bait and switch

Marialana was very cheerful and did a great job cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. I was however disappointed that she cleaned for 1.5 hours but charged for the full 3 hours booked. I requested a refund for 1 hour & didn't receive it.

5. Viliami is a hard worker who leaves your house way cleaner and never complains about what you ask him to clean. He is flexible and willing to work with you according to what you want for your home and asks questions along the way to make sure it’s what you want the way you want it.
