caught us on a really rough day with bad news about my parents. She was super understanding and had to leave to the hospital with no guidance or heads up about my mom with dementia. she worked around everything and did a great job.

she brought someone else with her which she did not disclose. I only want one person, not two, whom I find whip through the house in record time and charge me double. in other words, doing the house in 2 hours then charging me for four hours. I hate that kind of bait and switch

she did an amazing job Rugs were actually vacuumed and they looked great and looked clean. I’ve had a clean service before you could see that it was vacuumed, but it just look like it pushed the dirt around. I would Love for her to do my next cleaning as well
