I’m recently out of the hospital & she really was great about asking me my needs & if there were any smells that could possibly make me sick (ie bleach or extra flowery smells) which I told her to just do her “magic” & I must say she went BEYOND my expectations!! hello time start and time ended was not 3 full hours. my master shower and tub area was not cleaned, toilet and tub in 2nd full bath was not cleaned. stairwell area was not cleaned at all. I do appreciate what was done.

Calandra helped me today with a couple small tasks that I couldn't manage myself: exchanging a light bulb and replacing a power strip. Both were too high for me to reach.

Francy was excellent thanks! But I had a bad cat urine odor and I will need another cleaning. I don’t need air freshener or candles to mask the smell I need it CLEANED.

I paid for a 6 hr cleaning. I have a 3 bdrm 2 bath house. we told her not to do one bedroom but she didn’t do two of them. Overall it looks good, but I am also finding things not dusted, etc, where she did clean.

He was scheduled for 12:30 but we have him on camera arriving at 1:05 He was very nice but extremely slow. He broke a potted plant. He also sent a text asking that I pay him directly for what he says was an extra hour and include a tip, never having mentioned this extra hour prior to leaving.
