I knew she didn’t clean my showers but I ask them to be cleaned ahead of time so I didn’t ask her to do it again when the option was brought up to me. I think that we need to get in sync with with that but mainly through the app. She and I talk regularly. Her communication skills are great and tries to make sure there’s no confusion.

Did a great jobs on the floors but didn’t have time to do the bathrooms. Scheduled time was 10am but arrived at 12pm. Noticeable dust and area that weren’t cleaned.
