Very kind, but did not vacuum our room and I really needed it as ours is broken. I did not hear the vacuum at all except on the stairs. Did not wipe down toilets or mop. The rooms she was in were picked up and only a few papers on the counter and table needed to be stacked to be clean, and she did a minimal wipe down. I don’t know what took four hours.

Extremely thorough cleaning and highly recommended. I have a lot of clutter and Christina is able to make everything look better.

I left during the entirety of my appointment. she was very sweet and asked if there was anything else she could do before she left. I knew she didn’t clean my showers but I ask them to be cleaned ahead of time so I didn’t ask her to do it again when the option was brought up to me. I noticed she didn’t vacuum my bathrooms. she was great with my dog & came with a quite a few supplies.

Artavia paid attention to detail. She has a positive attitude, Artavia was punctual and got straight to work. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good cleaning lady and doesn't judge you she is definitely the one to call!!

does what is asked to be done. I am a little confused about the text message that I receive saying when that she’s checked in at a certain time, but my door camera tells shows a different time. I think that we need to get in sync with with that but mainly through the app. She and I talk regularly. Her communication skills are great and tries to make sure there’s no confusion.

Kimberly is an God Given Angel. She is very efficient, and follows any directions given to her about what needs cleaning. She is very fast too, and pays attention to details. She is a superior house cleaner, and we have been through many horrible people. So thrilled we found her, and we would recommend her to any place, that needs cleaning.

Did a great jobs on the floors but didn’t have time to do the bathrooms. Scheduled time was 10am but arrived at 12pm. Noticeable dust and area that weren’t cleaned.

I wanna say Jimmy I thought did a good job cleaning the bathroom etc. But I did not realize the lady he brought did not clean the back spare room. Plus it was suppose to be 3hr. Cleaning they left after 2hrs.

My bathroom area I was most impressed with as I did have some mildew/mold in some areas of the grout in my shower and bench seat. She really took her time and the results showed.
