Karissa is both pleasant and a hard worker. She pays attention to details and does things without my having to ask.

Vincent was diligent in his work, but he tends do everything on his own which might might take long hours. Overall I’m satisfied with his work. Vincent please try to add one more crew member

He did a good job but bit rushing to finish. I expected to use his full two hours for additional cleaning since the house is not dirty at all but he appears to be he wants to finish early and leave the house. I paid ~50% tip for the 2 hour job.

Nancy once again has gone above and beyond with cleaning my home. She always communicates via text when she will be arriving and once she is at my home she takes my instructions exactly as I ask. She is an amazing cleaner and I highly recommend her as a exceptional person to clean your home.

As usual, Jacqueline did a wonderful job of cleaning. She paid special attention to my floors, which needed some extra love. My kitty loves Jacqueline, too, for cleaning around her water and food bowl and making that area look extra lovely. I will gladly have her back to clean and will ask for her for any special projects I may have.

Erendira was very thorough. She arrived with cleaning supplies for all kinds of cleaning and got down to business right away. I appreciate that she worked me to determine the order of tasks before starting and cleaned according to the plan while I worked from home.

Claudia is very thorough. She is an excellent cleaner. Plus, she is very pleasant and eager to make my home very nice. I’m very happy I have her.

Claudia was pretty good. The one thing that I would have her change is when she cleans the floors is that she not move things back until the floor is dry. there was a lot of standing water under things and I had to move them and dry the floors.

Janet did amazing! she is very professional, attentive, and communicative. She was able to complete all tasks in 4 hrs instead of the original 6hr I scheduled for. I highly recommend Janet for you first and/or next cleaning service!

house looks and smells nice however I added laundry on as extra service and it was not done nor were dishes done

Conchita is AMAZING She does such a good job of cleaning and doing laundry. When she comes in, I don’t have to give her any type of direction. She knows exactly what to do and I love that.

She showed up and was ready to get to work which was refreshing after a number of previous cancels. It’s nice to come home to a clean apartment. Could have emptied dishwasher and couple things a bit streaky but overall a good job. As noted, Definitely not overwhelmed by cleaning product smell.

Got to so many nooks and crannies in our bathroom and took care of the areas where we touch the paint around the frame of the door and the handle and and walls around the light switches. Took care of the baseboard and cleaned up the hairs that sticks to the cocking in the corners. Hope he is able to schedule with us again.
