My cleaner's name was Gina. She was young, slow, and methodical. I was pleased with her work, but she seemed not to have a lot of confidence that she was doing things right. I would have her back. I tipped her directly. I don't see her name below as an option.

Sade does a great job, hums and sings to herself as she cleans, talks sweetly to our dog who is crated while she's here, and is a pleasure to have in our home. She ran late and updated me as far as her ETA . She did put me behind on my schedule for the day but glad she came through . I have not been back home to see what she did but I’m hoping she did a good job

Hi,You did not clean the oven for which I paid for an additional hour. You cleaned the microwave instead which was not necessary and that's not a feature of one additional hour cleaning. Please let me know if you can issue a refund or you can clean the oven.

He cleaned well and wasn’t in the way of us doing what we had to do while in the home. Appreciate the job well done.
