I am one of the few cleaners that take this job serious provide all the cleaning equipment that is needed other than a toilet brush and a vacuum one Iām not carrying a toilet brush around and two. Iāve had clients complain that the vacuum could potentially give their pets fleas, and I also wash the cleaning rags that I use plus the mop pads every day to ensure that I have clean equipment to clean your homes with, and I will always ask you to tell me if thereās something I couldāve improved on so when the next time I come to clean your home, we can make sure that gets dealt with. Donāt ask for a refund because I do not clean for free.. iām only saying all of this because my last client complained that there was a small hairball by the garbage and a couple drips on the floor for those of you who Iāve already worked for already know Iām easily approachable and if I didnāt do something to your standards, communicate that with me, some people are pickier than others and if youāre one of them, just let me know.

Iām not sure how fair my rating is because the house was a disaster, usually my daughter picks things up before the cleaner gets there and she didnāt realize that she was coming even though I had messaged her.
