Everything was great except for the floors, her mop made the house smell soured once it was dryed. And the bathroom floor didnt look like it was mopped at all there was stuff still on the floor that i was hoping would get cleaned up. Other than that all the rest was nit bad at all.

Esther came instead Of Sulinan, but did not bring her own vacuum as requested. I told her at the start that I had requested 5 hours instead of 6 but she stayed for 6 anyway. Esther did a good job but speaking and understanding English was extremely difficult for her. I would prefer someone with good communication skills too, and who brings their own vacuum with under the bed attachments.

Megan was great! She was nice and efficient and was cool with my cats! Would definitely recommend her!

She does great work. Thorough, friendly to my cats (and me) and takes out my garbage and recycling. The dumpster and bins are a long block away. Sometimes I can do that, sometimes not.

She was just great and diligently stayed 6 hours cleaning the house which is what it needs probably once a month. We can get it done in 3-4 hours no problem now that the heavy stuff is cleaned. Also I gave her a cash tip but next time I’ll add it here. I never seem to have cash.

My cleaner, Josin, did an outstanding job. He meticulously attended to every detail, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning the kitchen and vacuuming both upstairs and downstairs. Remarkably, he completed all the work within his 4-hour timeframe.

I was not able to stay for the first cleaning with Gina.. Gina did not know where anything went, but everything was spotless and put away when I got home.

Sulinan and her team did an excellent job, however, not reading the contract clearly, I felt trapped into this contract and wish to cancel.

Ronaldo did a great job. He took care of some things that other cleaners I've hired before haven't, like moving the stove to sweep behind it.

Michael is a very nice gentleman and he’s very thorough when it comes to cleaning. I’ve never had anyone pull out my refrigerator and my stove and make sure everything is nice and clean. He really knows his way around hardwood floors and he really takes your knowledge of your home to better his cleaning decisions.

We took a tour of the house, And Alix got right to work in the kitchen. I don't think my kitchen has EVER been this spotless. I don't want to cook because I don't want to mess it up! As requested, she cleaned the kitchen and the bathrooms. There wasn't enough time to do anything alse. VERY pleased with the results. Baxter and I are very thankful for her efforts.

She was very professional and easy to talk to and ask questions, she was doing extra work aswell but efficiently. I unfortunately was not at home but she met my sister and she definitely liked her would recommend her to others. One little minor issue I had when I get home was she didn’t get to clean the bathroom sink and was not organized but I’m assuming it was about time.

As this was her first time coming, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Though, I could definitely see myself adding additional services for her to do in the future. She was prompt, thorough, and efficient.

She came prepared and prompt and jumped right to it and made sure that my request were complete before she left.

We got some white paint spatter from the wood floors that’s been very stubborn in the past, and some stains in the sinks whitened so they sparkle!
