I have 3 kids doing remote schooling, and he was excellent about performing his cleaning tasks while still being quiet enough for them to finish school for the day. Punctual, kind and polite. After the bathrooms were complete, she was willing to touch up what I asked. The only downside... she used an abrasive scrubber on my microwave, leaving the front with lots of scratches.
