Rebecca did an amazing job!! The floors were spotless, the bathrooms were sparkling, the sliding glass door was paw print free and it smelled awesome. The only negative was I think possibly she ran out of time because the kitchen counters and stove top hadn't been touched so I took 15 minutes and wiped everything down and cleaned the stove top after my appointment.

She is amazing. Very respectful of our home and takes great effort into making it all something that works for us.

Nataya is wonderful! A different professional canceled my cleaning an hour and a half after the scheduled start time on 7/2. Family was coming in on the 4th because my mother's in the hospital. So at 5pm on 7/2, Nataya accepted for 7am on 7/3. And what an awesome job she did. My dad (aka Walter Matthau in Grumpy Old Men) was even impressed. I can't thank you enough!

Only thing I would like different is to have kitchen countertop items moved and wiped under. As well as the bottles on the shelf in the shower so the white tray they sit on could be cleaned. Very pleasant and organized. Did a great job.

The work that was actually completed was good, however several areas were overlooked, specifically the bathtub in the guest bath upstairs. That wasn’t acceptable. I’m a little disappointed that I would have to double-check everything before she leaves each time. Hopefully the 3rd time is better.

One of the things I most admire is Cindy's versatility. Not only is she doing a remarkable job on the interior of my house, she has been a godsend in doing my gardening from pruning bushes to doing simple weeding. I am truly blessed to have found Cindy.

Nice lady and friendly. The only thing I would say is just give her more details about what you want her to clean. Also, if you have a specific type of cleaner emphasize that for her. I would prefer if she used a special towels for cleaning not paper towel, but other than that she’s good and did her job!

She demonstrated a readiness to lend a hand whenever I posed a question. In a display of kindness, she even offered me bleach, ensuring that I could thoroughly clean my bathtub curtain.

Awesome job. Took ideas From last review. Even vacuumed the couch throw pillows which is awesome. They may be switching from every week to every two weeks only because home a Glo isn’t charging me what I agreed to, I have a help ticket in with them, but depending on how they resolve it, I may have to switch to an every two week clean, we shall see.
