Ashley is awesome! Something weird happened with scheduling and she very graciously moved the appointment back 2 hours for us with no pushback at all. Her cleaning was the best this house has probably ever seen. She got every little detail including mopping, dusting chandeliers, cleaning baseboards and even vacuumed the dog hair off the couch. I really loved how she cleaned both my bathrooms! However it didn’t look like my kitchen was swept or moped. She made my bed and organize my essentials in my bathroom which was a plus. I just would like next time to stay in the window of cleaning time and not go over, and maybe tell me what didn’t get done. Overall it was a great first experience for me using Homeglow and Alyssa.
