Bonilla called to let me know when she would be there soon, just as I'd requested, because I wanted to meet her and go over details. I was pleased that she was on the early side, rather than being late. She did a good job with the cleaning, is very personable, and I think will be very good to work with on a long term basis.

Rebecca did an amazing job!! The floors were spotless, the bathrooms were sparkling, the sliding glass door was paw print free and it smelled awesome. The only negative was I think possibly she ran out of time because the kitchen counters and stove top hadn't been touched so I took 15 minutes and wiped everything down and cleaned the stove top after my appointment.

She is amazing. Very respectful of our home and takes great effort into making it all something that works for us.

The work that was actually completed was good, however several areas were overlooked, specifically the bathtub in the guest bath upstairs. That wasn’t acceptable. I’m a little disappointed that I would have to double-check everything before she leaves each time. Hopefully the 3rd time is better.

Second time we've had Juanita to our home and she's great. Had an incident today where I had to rush my little boy to the ER and she not only jumped in to help us get out the door but sang to calm him down and is trustworthy enough that I left the house without hesitation. She stayed and finished the job as expected.
