He did a fine job. Everything looked good when he was done. I wanted to see how this service worked. Everything went well. I suspended my appointments only due to the fact that my dad is in rehab and there's no reason to re-clean an area over and over that's not being used. Once my dad returns home he's going to decide if he wants to keep using the service.

What a great helper. I was stuck with too many problems-- printer wouldn't work; email was a mess -- and I'm hobbling on a bad knee. She managed to clean the house , mop the floor, helped with laundry AND got the printer moving . I can't wait for her to come back!

Nataya is wonderful! A different professional canceled my cleaning an hour and a half after the scheduled start time on 7/2. Family was coming in on the 4th because my mother's in the hospital. So at 5pm on 7/2, Nataya accepted for 7am on 7/3. And what an awesome job she did. My dad (aka Walter Matthau in Grumpy Old Men) was even impressed. I can't thank you enough!

It wasn’t that difficult since its on sliders and it’s a LVF, but the last cleaners didn’t help. Would love to have her back!

The work that was actually completed was good, however several areas were overlooked, specifically the bathtub in the guest bath upstairs. That wasn’t acceptable. I’m a little disappointed that I would have to double-check everything before she leaves each time. Hopefully the 3rd time is better.

She did a great job of dusting and she vacuumed the area rug. Almost all of my floors are hard surface. Hard wood. Tile. Vinyl. Didn't seem like she did much vacuuming of the floors. Also, I am fairly sensitive to chemical cleaners, so hard for me to be in the home until the smells dissipated.
