Bianca’s communication skills were excellent, asking if i was satisfied and if there was anything else they could do. She also enquirer about what she could do on their next visit. Great job ladies.

Imani was very nice and promt and kept me in the loop. However, I saw the place 1/2 hour after she left. The trash had not been emtied at all from inside and the throw rugs had not been vacuumed or even shook out outside. Otherwise, it seems she did a great job!

There were a few things I was disappointed about: my kitchen sin k was not cleaned, kitcchen appliances were not wiped down. the top of backsplash in master bath had not been cleaned nor was the garage area in master bath cleaned. I thought these things would be part of general cleaning. Otherwise all was fine.

Michelle did a very though cleaning in the Master Bath's shower. It has always built up mold easily, but she tamed it ! Next time I believe she will be able to complete my home in less time due to her deep clean this time.
