I paid an extra hour for the interior windows to be cleaned as stated on the app. and they were not all cleaned. Also, a blue cleaning liquid was spilled on my carpet and not cleaned up. While Odalis is nice I think there’s a communication issue.

She comes with another woman. Doesn’t speak english or acts like she doesn’t speak english and improperly charged me for hours she didnt work because she brought another person to work. I didnt need alot of work done. I rated 4 stars only because of the integrity of the hours they worked. They didnt even let me tip them yet

For the amount of area 3200 square ft of Marble and and lots of glass, she made a really big effort. 3 bathrooms and she didn't stop... 5 hours straight! I am very detailed person so I think I would have to do a back to back cleaning to get into all the details. I would definitely use her again she is very friendly and focused cleaner.
