Cierra did not show up. She changed the appointment to 11:00. At 11:45 a guy showed up saying he was taking Cierra’s place. He finished at 2:00.so really I did not get a full 3 hours. I’m not please with my experiences with Homeaglow!!

I was out of town for work when Nichole came for the appointment and spoke with her briefly about what my expectations were on cleaning. She completely nailed it the previous cleaner did the bathrooms but never removed the rugs or cleaned the tub area. How do you clean without moving rugs? Nichole had my house sparkling she gave a detailed cleaning and my floors actually looked mopped.

We just love Jackie and love how the house looks when she's done! We look forward to her coming every other week. Feel like she's part of the family!

Leslie came on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning our home. Our appointment was for 4 hrs, but he did didn’t a few extra minutes to finish up. This is the first time we have used Homeaglow and will update this review once we had the opportunity to evaluate this service for a few months. I have already requested Leslie for the next cleaning.

Cleaner did a great job. Just missed the outside of the toilets and some scrubbing in and around the shower.

She did a fantastic job cleaning my 2bd 2bath home. Very thorough. She made my 15 year old gas stove look as close to new as it could prob get! I haven’t even made it that clean in the past.. would recommend!

Ian was no nonsense. Came in and got right to cleaning. He was efficient with his time and did a good job getting to all areas I wanted cleaned. Only suggestion would be to wipe dry the areas cleaned like counters or use a different cleaner as it left a lot of streaks.

Recently had construction at my home and there was dust and paint everywhere. Romeka did everything she could to get paint off the floor and it worked! And from the look of ky floors you could never tell what a mess it had been since the construction. She did an excellent job and she left my home smelling wonderful from the moment you walk through the door.

In the future I need small furniture moved so the floor can be done behind it. Floor baseboard edging need to be washed with mucrofiber...the dogs like to throw their food around .
