was satisfied with the cleaning, however she was here for 2 hours and 15 minutes. I was charged for 3 hours. same thing last month, cleaning lady was here for 2 hours and 30 minutes. I was also charged for 3 hours. this will have a big impact on weather I will renew the contract.

She was incredible. did exactly what I needed and even went above and beyond what was asked. she cleaned as detailed as I would have and didn't cause any damage like previous cleaners have.
