Oscarina is a very hard worker!!! I definitely want her to return next clean. I need to give her some more direction so she can better understand my requirements.

I was disappointed that he did not clean my appliances in the Kitchen. My home is small and my focus is on dust and a clean Kitchen... he did do a good job in the bathrooms.

I'm appreciative of the service provided. The house was very dusty and cluttered. Bridgette and partner dusted everywhere, vacuumed a lot and was able to get a contractor bag almost full of trash. With the 3 hours, they were only able to get most of the living room done. I wish I had scheduled another hour. Also, I think they took my gloves by accident.

House was clean. Organized some things. However thought they needed more than 4 hours. I think that was just because house hadnt been cleaned in awhile. Other cleaners were able to do all in 4 hours or less.

Would give a 4.5. Cleaning was very good but there were a few visible spots left on oven and soap dishes were not cleaned , etc. Marisa and her associate arrived two hours late and once Marisa got her associate set up, she left to, I guess, take care of another client. Associate did not speak hardly any English and I would have preferred to have Marissa and see how she did.

The service however is not a good idea as they overcharged me and it resulted in my being overdrawn in my account and there is no way to get in touch with them!
