Willie’s team did a good job cleaning. I wish they would have e taken their time to check behind their work. I noticed several spots on the floor that were not swept or vacuumed well and had to remind them to clean the downstairs area before they left. I would rather cleaners stay in my home for the full 4 hours instead of speeding through the job.

Carlos did a heroic job in our house - we should have scheduled a deep clean first but he made our place look amazing, and we can tell with the small details (fresh water in our flower vase!) that he definitely takes care in what he does.

I was disappointed in a few details — the shower was still dirty, and a pair of shoes was thrown on top of clothes — but the lack of a notification when the job was done was the most frustrating. If I am out of the apartment, please let me know when you’re done so I can go over these things before you leave! That felt a bit disrespectful and made me late for other plans in my day.

Dawn was hired for 4 hours, but cleaned for about 3.5 hours, between arriving a bit late and stopping early. She spent time chatting and showing me what she did or 'could have done if she had more time.' Overall, the cleaning was good. She paid attention to details. Dawn was also polite and cordial. Beyond dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and all of the standard fare, she organized my son’s pillows, blankets, and stuffed animals, which I told her wasn’t necessary. Filo did a good job, but the bottom of one of my toilets wasn't cleaned well. Other than that, he did a good job. I wasn't home when they cleaned, and my husband was busy in the kitchen. They also didn't touch the kitchen. I'm unsure if it's because he was in there with the gate up.
