Different cleaner was sent but they did a good job. Communication could have been better because the hours also chsnged but not holding it against the cleaners

Ers came in and I got a little scared for the fact he was a men. But in the end of the cleaning I was glad he came. He cleaned a thousand times better than a lot of women out there. My house was a big mess specially because of having a baby but Ers came in and made my house look beautiful and new. I highly recommend him

Lina was very efficient and although we have the language barrier, we were able to effectively communicate with a voice translator. She has a pleasant energy and I will look forward to booking her again.

Diana was absolutely amazing. I let my kitchen get into really bad embarrassing condition, it became a nightmare just to be in there. Diana was so kind and sweet and jumped right in to take care of it. She was on time and friendly and made the day so easy. She takes pride in her work and it shows in her results. I requested a 6 hour cleaning but for some reason the cleaner thought it was only 5.5 somo thin she was rushing. She was very courteous. She did a great job on the bathrooms but missed spots to dust throughout the house.

Willie’s team did a good job cleaning. I wish they would have e taken their time to check behind their work. I noticed several spots on the floor that were not swept or vacuumed well and had to remind them to clean the downstairs area before they left. I would rather cleaners stay in my home for the full 4 hours instead of speeding through the job.

I was disappointed in a few details — the shower was still dirty, and a pair of shoes was thrown on top of clothes — but the lack of a notification when the job was done was the most frustrating. If I am out of the apartment, please let me know when you’re done so I can go over these things before you leave! That felt a bit disrespectful and made me late for other plans in my day.
