The cleaning was satisfactory, however, I cannot find my Firestick which I need for my TV.. I see the remote, but not the firestick, both were on the red TV stand in the living room, could the cleaner be contacted to see where she placed it?

She did a good job and was very thorough with the locations I told her were focal points (cleaning the oven, fridge and bathroom). There were some spots that I had to tidy a bit myself (kitchen counter wasn't really cleaned so I had to wipe down myself). Overall really good though!

Karen was great. I genuinely feel that our home is too large for a single person to come for 4 hours. So she was a bit overwhelmed. Her demeanor was great and positive even though she was over whelmed.

Raymond is a great cleaner. But I told him I wanted the cleaning to be done by 1pm cause I had to leave the house for something. He finished the cleaning at 3pm. I guess I should have reminded him to please finish by 1pm or to mention him stop cleaning at 1pm.

Maria is amazing and a lifesaver! The bathrooms are sparkling. Our floors were so dirty from all the snow this winter and Maria has them looking perfect again. March 14, 2026 Genesis cleaned my Apartment yesterday. she spent one more hour as the Living Room was not cleaned yet. she cheerfully agreed. She is a careful, thorough person and her attitude is positive and she knows what to do. She is a great Cleaner!

Ricky started off doing a thorough job, but left out or forgot to clean one of the bathtubs (which we ended up cleaning ourselves as a guest was to use that bathroom). Other than this miss, he did a good job.

Roseline was communicative and followed directions from the app well even with no one home to direct her to materials etc. We had some really neglected areas with tons of dust and stained toilets. Roseline did a great job addressing those neglected areas.

Montano came to clean my apartment for the first time and I am STUNNED at how incredible it looks! My apartment looks better than it did the day I moved in! I could literally cry at how organized everything was when I came home, chaos gets really stressful sometimes but being too busy to clean makes it so much worse. I literally can't thank her enough!
