Great cleaning service but I wish he was transparent up front. I expected my entire apartment to be cleaned but he spent 2/3 of the time cleaning just the bathroom. It was very good but the rest of my apartment was left as is

Ruth was amazing loved her cleaning top to bottom no issue there only thing is my tv and all my accessories were left on my bed and unmade I stepped out for a few minutes to get cash to leave a tip and they were gone before I returned left my door unlocked and early with 50 minutes left in my cleaning service I was scheduled for 3 hours and received 2 hours and 10 minutes

I had my very first experience with Surely as my housekeeper, and she did an absolutely amazing job! She is thorough, attentive, and clearly knows what she’s doing—you can tell she’s a natural. I barely had to say a word, she just understood what needed to be done and took care of it perfectly while I focused on my 19-month-old. Surely is a gem, and I’m so glad I found her!
