The appointment moved two hours. The cleaning was not a full 3 hours. The floors could use a little more TLC.

Brianna was communicative and thorough. much more thorough than the last booking I had and that really solidified keeping my membership. She followed my instructions and was respectful of my space. I will be happy to request her again!!!
