As usual, Raymond arrived ready to go. He took on my living room rug so amazingly that I only needed to use 1/2 an area rug to cover stains when before Raymond I had to use TWO large area rugs. He found a place to store away my unused treadmill and he made my very old couch and chair look close to alive. looking forward to next time!!

He does excellent work, but he destroyed my black lacquered table when he put some kind of polish that stripped the shine off. So now it's dull and cloudy looking. Its a piece of furniture I've had for over 30 years.
