I’m leaving 5 atara because Melissa is lovely but mistakes were made. the thing is she tried 💯 to fix them and that is 5 stars in my book. I would just be very, very clear about what you’d like and not like. otherwise she works super hard and does a good job. and she’s lovely. communication wasn’t ideal at first.

Karlon did a great job cleaning my apartment . He was on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to the areas that needed it. Everything looked clean and fresh when he was finished. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use him again.

Mariela was great! She went above and beyond and did the little things that I didn’t ask her to like straightening out my bed or folding blankets in the living room

Jessica was prompt. She had a wonderful personality. We toured the apartment and she explained her process. She did bring her own materials. My apartment was thoroughly cleaned and smelled so good. My glass was cleaned, wood oiled, glass cleaned floors and carpets done. No time wasted. Highly recommend Jessica and I hope she’ll continue w me as a client.

Two people came for cleaning. They left around 1:40pm. I don’t mind because it was six hours with one person, so almost 3 hours with 2 persons was fine with me.
