Ers came in and I got a little scared for the fact he was a men. But in the end of the cleaning I was glad he came. He cleaned a thousand times better than a lot of women out there. Diana was absolutely amazing. I let my kitchen get into really bad embarrassing condition, it became a nightmare just to be in there. Diana was so kind and sweet and jumped right in to take care of it. She was on time and friendly and made the day so easy. She takes pride in her work and it shows in her results. She charged me for an extra hour when she did not take 4 hours to do the cleaning the cleaner she sent got here at 4pm and left before 7. The cleaning was great but I don’t like that I was charged extra
