Not sure if another cleaner or 2 cleaners for 2 hours would be better-cleaning is ok-, no dusting and asked for 4 hours, have only received 3 hours twice in a row , none floors on main floor done ( although bathrooms cleaned?)

Fabiola is great! Very professional, personable, sweet and worked hard. Plus my dog loved her right away. I would love Fabiola again but I also understand that the distance is a lot. So if she would rather not come Back I understand. I did provide a cash tip.

Amy went to our house even if there was a snow storm alert. As soon as the snow calmed, they got here and started to clean. They even caulked our tub and fixed the towel rack. They did a good job cleaning the rest of the house.

He actually arrived slightly early which was appreciated due to my own tight schedule. He listened to what I needed and went above and beyond my expectations. Diana was very friendly and accommodating. We unfortunately lost power at our house while she was here, so she was limited (no electric for her vacuum and no running water). She didn’t make excuses and instead dusted and cleaned what she could without power. She even came back later in the day to finish the tasks she couldn’t once the electric came back on, outside of the window she was hired for.

She did a very good job which is her normal way of doing things. Fernando is thorough and conscientious. I TIP her with cash.
