Honestly the cleaning has gotten better each time, and it took me a second to review because I wanted to provide the best possible feedback. Regiane and her team are well worth the money. you know how some services you almost go around and check to see if everything got done? With Regiane there is no guess work and no need to worry about if everything will get done.

The clean job was good. May consider shorter clean jobs directly with Lucas's crew in the future will not go through this membership site.

She did a great job on our bathrooms and stairs. She was very thorough and methodical, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the shower where we had more buildup than I realized. Everything feels fresh and reset. She worked steadily the entire time and was professional and easy to communicate with.

The bathrooms look wonderful, as if we first bought the house. The kitchen and dining room, which I was really looking forward to being cleaned, were mostly left untouched due to time running out (except for microwave & most of the stove top).

Madaline was Awsome! I loved her professional demeanour, it was first time in our house but she did a good job getting job done in almost 4 hours which I was glad about as she was alone. All things I asked she did to my satisfaction. I will request for repeat cleaning from Madaline.

She does not need to be monitored, and is willing to accommodate my schedule. She is also super friendly and is great with our dog and kitten. Very easy-going...there was an issue with the app (2 cleaners were given the same appointment)...and she just took it all in stride. Going from a 2-story home to a 1 floor condo is difficult space wise. She is helping unpack and has great ideas to utilize small spaces.

Maria was absolutely great! I've been working 80 hours a week and have little ones. So in the past month cleaning has been minimal at best. It was so nice to have my home smelling clean and dust free. The only issue was the cleaner she used left a dull residue on my surfaces.

Jeff is exceptionally focused on going a great job and takes pride in his work. He is self motivated, seeks to do what needs to be done vs. watching the clock & avoiding complicated jobs. It sounds like a cliche but he cleans as if it’s his own home & an important event is coming up. Truly conducts himself like a pro who understands his reputation is his product.

Ojay was sweet and very quick. I wish the cleaning was more detail oriented like the top of the coffee machine or the top of another cabinet, but he was a very lovely man and was very professional.

Thanks for the 1st cleaning. We've already rebooked for two weeks. When she deep cleans a room, the floors are nice enough to eat off of them (can't think of a better compliment.)

The floors throughout the house has a "film" that I needed to clean off the floors. Not as satisfied with this cleaning as in the past. I will discuss this with Maria at the next cleaning. I also took pictures to show what the floors looked like.

The best Cleaner I have had on here. Very efficient and gets the job done. I will stick with her subsequently.
