Diana was very friendly and accommodating. We unfortunately lost power at our house while she was here, so she was limited (no electric for her vacuum and no running water). She didn’t make excuses and instead dusted and cleaned what she could without power. She even came back later in the day to finish the tasks she couldn’t once the electric came back on, outside of the window she was hired for.

While I appreciate the thoroughness of your work, I was disappointed that the downstairs was not even touched. I was also surprised that under the bed wasn’t vacuumed. It was great, however that the rust stain in the toilet was almost completely removed. I thought you worked very hard and you were very pleasant. I don’t know why it won’t accept my tip!

Madaline was Awsome! I loved her professional demeanour, it was first time in our house but she did a good job getting job done in almost 4 hours which I was glad about as she was alone. All things I asked she did to my satisfaction. I will request for repeat cleaning from Madaline.

She does not need to be monitored, and is willing to accommodate my schedule. She is also super friendly and is great with our dog and kitten. Christina is the best! The little touches I notice when I get home and how wonderful it is to come home to a clean house. I only get home on Friday evening and leave again Sunday afternoon so coming home to a house Christina has cleaned is noticeable when I open the door. She is a six on a five star rating.
