Ana has been the perfect cleaner, until today. She may be the victim of Daylight Saving Time. She arrived about 1:40 and left at 3:30ish. That is only 2 hours. The work was fine and complete enough, but I was charged for 3 hours. She was only here for 2 hours. I would appreciate at refund for the 3rd hour.

Ana was great! She was very thorough, friendly, & quick. She was also on time for the appointment which I really appreciate. will definitely book with her again!

I was pleasantly surprised with Yarimar's attention to detail. Although this was her first time in our home, she fit in and knew how to clean. I appreciate the details she wanted to know about what I want to clean.

the only suggestion I have is to change to a clean cloth when you go to clean kitchen. I had dog hair all over my appliances. I had to clean all of them. they were nice and thorough.

Karen cleaned my house to a T! Everything was spotless, and she left my home smelling amazing. She was so kind and truly cared for my space. I would definitely recommend her and will be requesting her again for my next service.

Missed her appt due to car trouble and rescheduled which i understood. Left an hour early which i was not aware of at the time. Did not show up for scheduled appt and did not notify me. Will not reschedule.

She didn’t do all that I had ask to be done. She also didn’t dust all the rooms very well. I wasn’t pleased with her results. I also didn’t care for the cleaner she used, it gave me a headache.

Was not satisfied with him, he didn’t work but 1.5 hrs, charged me for 3.75 He didn’t dust, left trash in bathroom can, floors were not clean, and house did not appear any cleaner. Not happy!!!

Christian did a good job, but could have worked a bit faster to get more done. However, I am not disappointed with the work that was done.

Christian worked hard to get everything clean that I asked for. She also gave me some tips to help with cleaning and organizing. She was very courteous as well.

Not impressed with the kitchen, the appliances fronts were not wiped off or microwave cleaned. Took her time.

I am hard to please. Most times terribly disappointed but I will say I was thoroughly impressed with the level of detail Brandiss work had. We will definitely book again.

I REALLY needed help with the cleaning of my apartment and Brandiss stepped in without fear and performed her sorcery -- the floors, especially, haven't looked this good in a looong time! She is very pleasant to talk with and I will definitely request her help in the future!!

I was disappointed in the fact I believed there would be more than a single individual doing the work and I wouldn’t have to supply my own cleaning supplies? The work was not complete because Frederick ran out of time, so the kitchen and floors were not finished. He did a fabulous job, but if it’s not done it leaves me to finish the job
