Did not finish the apt. Left sheets out of the dryer unfolded. Back door is filthy. Indoor grill was left uncleaned. He came 15 min late and left 45 min early. Not thrilled. Charged 49 not 19. Overall not thrilled.

Once there were a few issues we had after Paula had cleaned our home. We got in touch with her and the conversation was pleasant and professional. Paula demonstrated a professional manner and corrected the issues in a timely fashion. She is wonderful to work with and does an exceptional job!

One concern: Because she is so thorough (and my house such a mess), she wasn't able to finish all the tasks in the time allotted. I completely understand this, but I wish she and I had discussed the scope of the job and the time limitations in advance.

Deidra did a good job. But I did discover a few days ago that there's scratches all over my countertop in my hall bathroom. I believe she may have used the green side of the sponge with yellow and green. The green is meant for dried on Foods or difficult things to remove they're just very fine scratches but I can certainly see them
