Carmen is a very hard worker. She did everything I wanted but forgot, or ran out of time to vacuum the rug in our office. But I WOULD LOVE to have her for another cleaning, either April 15, or April 22.

I always tip in cash, as I did today. Renee is a very good cleaner, and I look forward to her return on the 16th or 17th. Not sure of the actual date as your website sucks. I prefer to communicate with Renee via phone. Friday the 16th is my preference.

Latoya is amazing! she worked wonders in our home without much time to do it. Due to our pressing schedules our home had been neglected for months and Latoya took 4 hours and made our home up to acceptable! she was invited back and hopefully she will be able to fit us in.

I found a few areas that should have been better. Shoe bench not wiped off dirt on top, kitchen trash not emptied, 2 areas in corners of one bathroom dirty, obvious streaks all over front of microwave..other than that everything looked great. Next time.

Kassia did a good job on my countertops, appliances, powder room, dining room table and stair balusters. There were a few areas that have room for improvement. The floors and baseboards were left dirty in a lot of areas. I have a few photos available upon request if needed.

Bonface was great at getting my home cleaner than it's been since I've moved. My weak points in my home were the baseboards and cabinet doors. He took extra care with those areas and I almost don't want to walk around my own place, because it's so clean. Friendly guy and passionate about his work.

Good cleaning overall. I would’ve liked more done in 4 hours but what was completed was done well. Hoped to use my toilet brush but I don’t have one. Trash was not emptied from any room (nor the main trash). Won’t rebook.

After all of the trials and Fri up’s toons trying to get a cleaner that would stick to their scheduled appoint, Dannette came in and saved the day. She was very thorough in her cleaning details. She fully understood what I wanted and handled every aspect of our needs. My family and I want her for our future cleaning needs.
