DEEP CLEANING INVOLVES MORE TIME AND BOTH PARTIES ARE ON THE SAME PAGE ) Your visit will always be a “general clean” please review your dash to understand what this means ( unless an add on service is selected and added DIRECTLY to your account NOT in your notes ) will be performed. Additional task: Move in, Move out, Organizing, Baseboards, Blinds etc will be added to your next visit not current appointment. Should you have any question’s IMMEDIATE contact upon acceptance of appointment is recommended. Otherwise upon walkthrough, your appointment may be rescheduled or released. • • •LIMITED AVAILABILITY ( Advance Booking’s Advised ) • • LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS : Everyone has a livelihood. There are also client’s that genuinely depend on me. Cancellations without 48 hour notice/day of, will kindly be removed from future request. • •I ACCEPT AND CONTINUE SERVICES WITH kind, dependable & generous clients with serene environment’s. I also allow other cleaner’s to accept so that you can compare work ethics, overstanding the professionalism of work I give. After completion you may continue with myself or re enter new contract/appointment’s with an alternate cleaner. • • •NO HOME will be treated differently than the other. NO JUDGMENT ZONE ( I have yet to see an impeccable home, it happens no sweat.. leave that part up to me) . • • •I REQUIRE a walk through during every first visit to ensure we’re on the same page with your current & future visits. After this, I am comfortable with working while you are away ( As I do with over half of clientele). Any one besides the account owner, adult child, partner, sitter etc will not be feasible to complete initial walkthrough. Your appointment may be rescheduled or released if so. Everyone is different. However I am covering myself as well as you from hiccups in the past. • • •EVERY PROFESSIONAL is different. No home detail rushed, ( I take my time in everything I do & teach. Working smarter, not harder ) with a method to resetting homes. I prefer no supervision & a space clear of traffic to complete your home efficiently, which could save you time & money. I will check in with you upon completion of each area to verify your satisfaction before moving to next area during initial visit. • • •NON MAINTENANCE between visits are easily observed, more time will be added to complete or severance of return visits upon discretion. I service homes for client’s that with with me, not against. • • •GREEN CLEANING, germicide handmade products. I will live a long healthy life. I have MANY client’s with children & furbabies. I’m sure you’ll feel the same.*request to use harsh chemicals regardless of preference is prohibited. Please request alternate professional. • • •MY PROFESSIONAL’S & I provide service requested at time of booking, factoring in work pace & following appointments. Completing early will not result in additional work completed. This will save you time & money. Additional task added after accepted appointment, upon arrival or during service will be added to your next appointment request with keen detail. • • •MY PROFESSIONAL’S & I treat ALL clients with respect. We expect the same in return. This is very rare, however in this case ; appointment will be removed indefinitely & redirected to another professional. • • •ADDITIONAL TASK : Windows, Baseboards, Inside of appliances,Doors,Walls, Organization, Carpet etc needs to be added through your dash board, not in your notes. Unless you’re a starred client in my personal books & then completed without request • • • I DO NOT CLEAN INSIDE OF: Oven’s, Refrigerator’s , Hand Wash Dishes ( I will place your dishes in cabinet’s and in DishWasher if washer is finished with cycle. If washer and sink dishes are dirty I will add an additional hour to do so or complete prior to my arrival ), Remove Heavy Trash ( more than 3 trash bags ) , Move Large Furniture ( anything heavier than 5lbs )( If you would like furniture to be moved in order to thoroughly sweep under, you will need to move all items prior to my arrival for easy access. Otherwise a general sweep will occur) , Dispose Of Biohazards ie, Bug’s , Rodent’s , Waste ( Urine , Feces etc), Bugs of any sort ( an exterminator or professional for bugs will be recommended ), I LOVE FURBABYS However, I Do Not remove any waste of any sort ( I will notify you if your pet has had an accident during cleaning ) Outside Work, Garage Cleanings, Baby/Adult Pails/Pans, Mold/Mildew , Climb Higher Than 5ft., Shampoo Carpet’s /Furniture , Use Harsh Chemical’s Ever. * I LOVE CHILDREN & FURBABIES for a timely and safe cleaning, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILDREN AND FURBABIES ARE IN A SECURED LOCATION accidents happen & I’ve seen plenty in the year’s of my work due to negligent supervision. I cannot stress this part enough. While I love the interaction and convo. It is imperative that I complete my work on time ( as I’m sure you’d like a timely arrival and 5 ⭐️ service ) interruption’s and pet’s will result in partial completion and departure with removal of future services. ( recently bitten by a dog the owner forgot to lock up, I will not take this part lightly. Even if your child is a newborn or furbaby OF ANY SORT is 1lb, this applies to everyone to AVOID accident’s) * Did I mention I LOVE WHAT I DO ?
