Caneshia is always efficient. However she showed up at 9:30 for a 10 o"clock appointment and concluded at noon. My math tells me that's 2 1/2 hours. I'm not paying for 3 3/4 hours. We need to get this straight, or we cancel your services.

Did an exceptional job at cleaning my home. Was very thorough and took the time to understand my specific need. She communicates well prior to the appointment and I knew what to expect! My Children were home and she was warm and understanding!!

Awesome!!! I was kind of hesitant using a cleaning service but she made it really easy. She accepted my last minute appointment. Communicated well. Even showed up 15 mins early to do a walkthrough so that no time was wasted. My wife and I were extremely satisfied. Caroline is a rare find! She is just what I needed at just the right time. Her work ethic was evident from the moment she stepped into my home. She has attention to detail and literally cleaned my home to my strict standards without any prompting. Pure diamond in the ruff! She's a keeper!

On time, kind to our kid, easygoing- love all those things. But also- perfectly made beds, sparkling surfaces, brings her own stuff that makes the whole house smell so good. 10/10 recommend

You could tell she was in a hurry... appt was at 3pm - she arrived at 430pm - I had asked for 5 hours , she stayed 3.75 hours. There were a lot of missed things... I had put in notes, which I could tell weren't read... so I texted her as well when we started communicating through the app which still went ignored..

Lori did a great job in the bathrooms and our dirty kitchen floor. Will be glad to have her back again.
