I found a few areas that should have been better. Shoe bench not wiped off dirt on top, kitchen trash not emptied, 2 areas in corners of one bathroom dirty, obvious streaks all over front of microwave..other than that everything looked great. Next time.

she is hours late…both cleaning appt times she was 2-3 hrs late. I cannot be waiting all day for 2.5 hrs worth of work. need someone more dependable and on time.

Lynn did a good job cleaning my tiled kitchen and breakfast area, put dishes away that were in dishwasher and hand washed frying pans. She neatly folded clothes.I did not ask for bathrooms, wooden floors, bedrooms to be cleaned. I did not ask her to sweep back porch or do laundry. It took her 4 hrs to do what I asked.

She can be trusted. I went to bed shortly after she arrived. I awoke just in time to hear her say that she was done with the ground floor but did not have time to do any work on the upstairs. I was overly impressed with the appearance of my kitchen and living / dining room areas. She is pleasant and personal and can work without supervision.

She did well with cleaning and ensuring that open spaces were dusted. My only recommendation is that she use her on paper towels while cleaning.

She came in here like gang busters and went straight to work and really clean my house. Well, yes, I definitely want her back. She was polite, courteous, and did a job well done.

The cost should not start as soon as the cleaner enters the house because I wanted to know who I was letting in my home. So I talked with Tanya for a while and got charged for it which is wrong but I like her and only want her!
