Monica does great work and will put forth an extra effort when needed. A quick example of the latter part of that sentence is that I was out during the cleaning but my 96-year-old dad was home. She made sure that he had his medical alert around his neck (which he didn't) before leaving which I greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend Monica.

My only concern was the after scent, it wasn’t a Fresh scent, it smelt like dog shampoo or something, so I’d probably have her use my vacuum, mop, and products next time to eliminate the possible cause. otherwise she was very thorough and things were done well! would book her again!
