Thorough with the areas cleaned. My only concern was the after scent, it wasn’t a Fresh scent, it smelt like dog shampoo or something, so I’d probably have her use my vacuum, mop, and products next time to eliminate the possible cause. otherwise she was very thorough and things were done well! would book her again!

Shelby continues to exceed our expectations. Our house continues to get better and better and a place to enjoy.

She was very communicative in what my home needs, I have a large dog and another who passed recently but both shed like crazy. House smells great and the floors are spotless!
