extremely late, cleaned up nicely. was given multiple notices that she needed to prepared to leave as my son had to get to work and because she was late arriving I had to leave for work. my son called me at work because she wouldn’t leave and he was gonna be late.. I know she was trying to finish up. It was just a frustrating experience.

She didn’t meet my need. Did not clean the countertop and other stuffs. She mopped, and cleaned the bathrooms but did not meet my need for an Airbnb turnover cleaner. Would need at least two cleaners at once.

Paola did an amazing job! We booked 3 hours and she and her colleague were able to clean our bathrooms, kitchen, baseboards, and living room. Everything is so sparkly and clean and our house overall feels so much better.

Monica does great work and will put forth an extra effort when needed. A quick example of the latter part of that sentence is that I was out during the cleaning but my 96-year-old dad was home. She made sure that he had his medical alert around his neck (which he didn't) before leaving which I greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend Monica.
