She didn’t meet my need. Did not clean the countertop and other stuffs. She mopped, and cleaned the bathrooms but did not meet my need for an Airbnb turnover cleaner. Would need at least two cleaners at once.

She made sure that he had his medical alert around his neck (which he didn't) before leaving which I greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend Monica.
