She did a amazing job I recently had a child and had to have a c-section unable to move around a lot she came to my home and cleaned for me while I went to see my baby in the nicu when I returned home everything I asked to be done was done and everything was spotlesss.

Sherri was polite and accountable throughout the process. While the cleaning did not fully meet my expectations, I appreciate that she took responsibility and promptly refunded me. That kind of honesty and professionalism is rare, and I respect that. With a bit more attention to detail, I believe she could provide a much better experience in the future.
