I'm 82 yrs old and having problems with just making appointments. This is really getting to be a problem. I want to keep the January 14th appointment if necessary.

Nicole is the best. She does outstanding work. Her attitude is always pleasant. She is very thorough and completing her assigned jobs and willing to do different projects.

She completed everything that I asked for and even did some things that I didn’t ask for but wanted. She does have problems with her children, getting them to school and waiting for a sitter. But she has done an excellent job when she arrives!

Slyvana did a wonderful and almost thorough job. She did miss cleaning shower in master and dusting the vanity lights. Other than that, the floors, windows, ceiling fans in 4 rooms, guest bathroom and other bedrooms were dusted, mopped and look like new. The house smells wonderful too!

She did a very good job. Ordinarily, I would invite her back but a neighbor needs the work and so we are going to use her to help. Please cancel the next scheduled appointment on July 10. If the neighbor manages to find other work, we will contact you again.

I really liked Danielle. I would like to use her again. She did a very good job, but we will have to change the floor cleaner. Whatever she used left a film on the flooring. These floors are tricky so we will have to come up with some other kind of cleaner. I will still use her and plan to make another appointment.

Excellent has always. Has a routine established and can clean entire home in Allotted time. Knew a tip to keep shower sliding door from sticking. Definitely a keeper.

Was not satisfied with him, he didn’t work but 1.5 hrs, charged me for 3.75 He didn’t dust, left trash in bathroom can, floors were not clean, and house did not appear any cleaner. Not happy!!!

I thought Nikki was great! Very professional, polite. There was a little bit of miscommunication as to what I actually wanted to be completed vs what was actually done. Nikki assured me that going forward, I have to provide more guidance on organizing and actually cleaning the entire house vs what I put in my notes as areas of concern. I was away for my father's funeral. My husband was impressed with Miss Nikki. His only complaint was she forgot to clean the microwave. We understand, that happens. She was the 1st out of 3 housekeepers to finally clean at least one of our bathrooms. For that, I am grateful!
