Maid Services in Brevard, NC

I cancelled my service. She did not clean my house. Refund my card please. I can’t give her a review because she did not clean my house but have selected 5 stars so as to not damage her reputation. I don’t want any other cleaner from your company as I have cancelled my service with you because every part of my experience with you all had been unsatisfactory.

Even though she was well within the 30 minute window I was notified about she texted me to let me know she was delayed in traffic so she arrived maybe 5 minutes late. She did everything I asked of her and did it well. Very pleasant young woman.

Roselyn did a good job. I think communication was an issue. She had her telephone set up to translate, which was great! Sometimes, I think, even with the translation, it wasn’t clear what I needed done. She worked hard and did mostly what was asked.

Alannah was excellent! She arrived on time and this was my first clean. She worked really hard all day (7 hour clean) and she did a phenomenal job! She was polite, thorough, and went above and beyond! Will definitely book with her again.

Angel was an angel to me. She cleaned and organized my home. She was very detailed and professional.

Shyann did a great job and everything smelled fresh and clean when she was done. We would definitely have her back again!

Jennifer & Drake did a wonderful job! They paid attention to details that previous cleaners missed. Definitely want them back again.

Desiree is very professional! She cleaned for 5 hours, worked hard and did an excellent job! She speaks perfect English, and understands how to do a thorough cleaning. We are housebound right now, with injuries and she was willing to do some special requests.

I was very pleased with my cleaning from Denise. She always does a great job and is very good communicating details of my appointment before she gets to the house.

Matt is the best! I kind of hate to say how awesome he is because then his calendar books up even faster! Honestly, he’s thorough, punctual, and a great communicator who is willing to go above and beyond!

Javonne was the sweetest. She is hard working, detail oriented, coachable, reliable, extremely polite with a beautiful soul with a happy disposition.

Lauren was very good she got everything done in a timely manner helped out with housekeeping and also cleaning throughly may I add dusting and all looking forward to working with her again.

Miranda was amazing!! Super nice and helpful treating our home like her own home. She loves all of our doggos and they were very comfortable around her. Miranda has a passion for cleaning and it shows greatly. I can’t wait to have her back every week.

alexis was quick, efficient, and everything looks great! walking in, the house smells fresh without being overwhelming (especially with all of us having sensory issues). would def book again :)

My third cleaning from Paige was great on time very professional great service I can not tell you how please my family is with Paige. She will be coming back every 2 weeks ..I can not stand up long for a long time to sweep mop or dust she comes in with a great happy personality..and ready to help..

She was so wonderful and was able to do so many things and was very pleasant to be around, can't wait for her to come back!

Jason did a great job. He was thorough and really careful with our belongings. He cleaned high and low and in places I can't normally reach. He was professional and friendly. I'd like to request him for future cleanings.

Jessica was great! Very detail oriented, my floors looked amazing (what did she use?!?) house smelled amazing too!!

Kaira is very friendly and worked very well. She did each task with percussion and deliberate fervor. I would like to have her come every two weeks. For the 3 hours.

Theresa did va fantastic job. Act ually she did the best cleaning job ever. She worked even a little more than 3 hours. I want Teresa to come every 2 weeks.

Theresa was very willing to use my environmentally safe soln to clean the glass in our shower stall. She uses a agenda Steam mop that cleans. My wood floors safely. She's amenable to our suggestions. She'll be back 11/13/21 as scheduled. I already gave her the tip.
