I was not home to meet Miranda, but my mother who is visiting from out-of-town was there and gave her a glowing review. She said Miranda was very friendly and got started on the cleaning right away. We are very happy with the service!

She was 2.5 hours late. She didn't bring a disposable wet mop and just only swept the floor. She brought no toilet brush, leaving the upper rim uncleaned and had to borrow some of my bleach to clean the rest of the bowl. She did make the kitchen and bathroom shine like new. The kitchen was previously a mess.
