Brenda was pleasant, industrious, and I’m very happy that she was the person that showed up this morning. My bathroom is so clean that I feel guilty using it! Elecia showed up 1hr late due to personal issues, which put her behind and I was still charged for an extra hour of cleaning even though my baseboards weren’t cleaned. Other than that, her attitude was pleasant and she did a good job organizing.
