Gregory was on time which I appreciated. Walk thru went well and I told him what I prioritized as in what area to clean first. He was very thorough and cleaned the whole house in the time allotted. This was a our first visit with Cynthia. We were not expecting her, but we made good use of her time. She cleaned the lower half of a split level in just a few hours. It was appreciated and she will be coming back to clean the upper level in February.
